A newly built home allows you to spend your time and money the way you want. There’s nothing to repair or re-do. Just sit back, relax and enjoy a home that’s truly your own. The process is usually pretty simple with an example of the steps below.
1. Schedule an appointment to meet the builder on site. You can do this by contacting Denise Stricklen (304)549-8228.
2. Once a lot has been selected, the Builder will pick which plans in his portfolio that will fit that lot and will meet your needs.
3. Once a lot and floor plan have been agreed upon you will be in a position to write up a purchase agreement. This will require a down payment which will be applied towards the purchase price when you close on your home.
4. After you have completed steps 1-3, you will need to meet with a lender regarding permanent financing. The builder will pay all costs during the phase of construction. (*A construction loan is not required) It will be necessary to have your financing in order approx. 30-45 days prior to closing.
5. You will have the option to select hardwood flooring, carpet, paint, kitchen cabinets and granite all from the Builder’s samples.
6. Once the construction process is completed, it will be time for you to close and start enjoying your new home.
